Alaris Royalty Corp. Announces Q1 2014 Earnings Release Date, Conference Call Details and Reminder of Annual and Special Meeting

Alaris Royalty Corp. ("Alaris" or the "Corporation") (TSX:AD) plans to report its Q1 2014 financial results for the three months ended March 31, 2014 via news release prior to trading on Monday, May 5, 2014. Alaris' management will host a conference call at 9am MST (11am EST) that same morning to discuss the financial results and outlook for the Corporation.

Annual and Special Meeting

The Corporation will be holding its Annual and Special Meeting of Common Shareholders at 3pm MST on Thursday, May 8, 2014 at The Hotel Le Germain, 899 Centre Street SW, Calgary, AB. Materials for the meeting will be mailed on or before April 17, 2014 to all shareholders of record on April 3, 2014.
