Efficiency and scalability

• Because we maintain a "top-line" minority position in our Private Company Partners, at Alaris, we are able to simply monitor our Private Company Partners and do not actively manage them.
• Our scalable structure allows Alaris to pass more than 80% of our revenues to our shareholders through monthly dividend payments.
• Alaris can more than double our revenue base with the current management team in place.
