Alaris has a very simple growth strategy: we aim to grow our distributions and add to our revenue base by forming long-term partnerships with private companies that have a track record of consistent profitability and high levels of free cash flow. We target companies whose owners intend to use the provided capital for growth, generational or management transfers, or partial liquidity. Our business development team actively searches the market for companies that meet our very specific set of key criterion. Alaris' focus is on private companies primarily in Canada and the U.S.

Our revenues not only grow with the formation of new accretive partnerships, but also with the organic growth of the business of our existing Private Company Partners. Alaris' distributions from our Private Company Partners are adjusted yearly to reflect Partner growth within the boundaries of an agreed upon performance metric. Long-term, Alaris aims to be a repeated source of capital throughout the duration of existing partnerships and to provide further financial contributions to our Private Company Partners to support their ongoing growth and opportunities.
